Two hotel buildings with a restaurant, conference facilities, and a wellness center will complement the center of the mountain town of Pec pod Sněžkou. Their distinctive bent shape is derived from the curve of the street and the bend of the Úpa River.

The buildings will create a sheltered courtyard between them, which will serve both the residents of the houses and visitors to the wellness center. During the planning process, a third building was added to the project. Located in a less prominent position, hidden behind neighboring houses, it features a surprising artistic design. The geometry of broken ice floes inspires its architecture.
